Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimientode aglomeración de gránulos de patatas, de dichos gránulos, 45-55 partes en peso de agua y 2-3 partes en peso de materia seca de clara de huevo a fin de formar un polvo húmedo granulosa, se hace pasar dicho polvo granulosa a través de un tamiz con mallas de 3-6 mm de abertura, se seca hasta que presente un contenido de humedad residual de 1-10 por ciento a fin de formar un polvo aglomerado seco y se tritura el polvo aglomerado para producir aglomerados.
