Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de gránulos haciendo crecer núcleos sólidos, en un lecho manteniendo fluidizado mediante un gas que fluye hacia arriba a través del lecho, provocando que solidifique un material líquido sobre dichos núcleos, rociandose el material líquido en el lecho desde el fondo hacia arriba, con la ayuda de por lo menos un dispositivo de aspersión provisto con un canal central a través del cual se suministra el material líquido y un canal concéntrico con el mismo que lleva una corriente potente de gas con una velocidad ascendente lineal superior a aquella del gas de fluidización, entrando en contacto el material líquido después de que sale del canal central con la corriente potente de gas y llevándose con la corriente de gas a una zona de dilución en donde tiene lugar el crecimiento o desarrollo de los núcleos, la cual se crea por la corriente de gas y está completamente dentro del lecho fluidizado y por arriba del dispositivo de aspersión, y separando los gránulos así obtenidos, del lecho, que se caracteriza porque el material líquido se hace salir del canal central como una película cónica, virtualmente cerrada, con un empuje que se excede al empuje de la corriente potente de gas, y esta película se nebuliza a gotas muy finas con la ayuda de la corriente potente de gas.
