Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para remover o eliminar la parafina de un pozo productor de petróleo, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) poner en contacto una mezcla de una cantidad efectiva de dispersador de parafina de un agente tensoactivo de éster de fosfato de polioxialquileno de alquilo o aralquilo, en la forma de ácido libre o en la forma de sales de un metal alcalino, de amina o de amonio; un solvente mutuo y agua, dicha mezcla tiene una temperatura de aproximadamente 16.7 a 22.2 grados C mayor que el punto de fusión de la parafina que se va a remover, con el interior del pozo de petróleo, por un período de tiempo suficiente para dispersar la parafina dentro del pozo en la mezcla; y b) remover la mezcla y la parafina dispersa en ella desde el interior del pozo.
