Claims (11)
1.Glavčina rotora (1) vetrogeneratora (100), koja ima- manipulativni uređaj za dizanje glavčine rotora (1) pomoću krana za montažu glavčine rotora (1) na gondolu (104) koja je postavljena na toranj vetrogeneratora, pri čemu je- manipulativni uređaj obezbeđen tako da kada se podiže na delu za pričvršćivanje (14) manipulativnog uređaja, glavčina rotora (1) iz vertikalnog položaja sa suštinski vertikalnom orijentacijom ose glavčine (28) rotira u horizontalni položaj sa suštinski horizontalnom osom glavčine (28), naznačeno time, što manipulativni uređaj sadrži- ram (2) za montažu za nošenje glavčine rotora (1) u vertikalnom položaju, sa- zglobnim delom (34) za izvođenje rotacije glavčine rotora (1) iz vertikalnog položaja u horizontalni položaj.
2.Glavčina rotora (1) prema zahtevu 1, naznačena najmanje jednim priključkom lopatice koji ima prstenastu prirubnicu za direktno ili indirektno pričvršćivanje lopatice rotora (108) za nju i/ili kućište (4) glavčine koje ima najmanje jedan otvor (6) za prolaz lopatice (108) rotora, pri čemu je deo (14) za pričvršćivanje manipulativnog uređaja, pričvršćen za prstenastu prirubnicu (24), i/ili je postavljen u glavčinu rotora (1) tako da viri kroz otvor za lopaticu rotora (6) ili je za dizanje i rotiranje glavčine rotora (1) iz vertikalnog u horizontalni položaj, kranska jedinica za dizanje (18) pričvršćena za deo (14) za pričvršćivanje, kroz otvor (6) za lopaticu rotora.
3.Glavčina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od zahteva 1 ili 2, naznačena time što je ram (2) za montažu pričvršćen za prirubnicu rotora postavljenu koncentrično u odnosu na osu glavčine (28).
4.Glavčina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačena time što je glavčina rotora (1) predviđena za direktno povezivanje sa rotorom generatora za vetrogenerator (100) bez zupčastog prenosnika.
5.Glavčina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačena time što je glavčina rotora (1) opremljena kućištem (4) glavčine a manipulativni uređaj je konstruisan tako da se kućište (4) glavčine ne ošteti prilikom rotacije iz vertikalnog u horizontalni položaj, naročito da ne dođe u kontakt sa podlogom na kojoj stoji i da nema kontakt sa uređajem (18) za dizanje koji je pričvršćen za deo (14) za pričvršćivanje.
6.Glavčina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačena time što je telo kliznog prstena za prenos električnih signala između glavčine rotora (1) i gondole prethodno ugrađeno u glavčinu rotora (1) i/ili time što je prethodno ugrađen spiner.
7.Manipulativni uređaj, za dizanje glavčine rotora (1) pomoću krana za montažu glavčine rotora (1) na gondolu (104) koja je postavljena na toranj vetrogeneratora (102), pri čemu je - manipulativni uređaj obezbeđen tako da prilikom dizanja na delu (14) za pričvršćivanje manipulativnog uređaja, glavčina rotora (1) rotira iz vertikalnog položaja sa suštinski vertikalnom osom u suštinski horizontalni položaj sa suštinski horizontalnom osom glavčine naznačen time što manipulativni uređaj obuhvata - ram (2) za montažu za nošenje glavčine rotora (1) u vertikalnom položaju, sa - zglobnim delom (34) za izvođenje rotacije glavčine rotora (1) iz vertikalnog u horizontalni položaj.
8.Manipulativni uređaj prema zahtevu 7, pri čemu je manipulativni uređaj obezbeđen za upotrebu sa glavčinom rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od zahteva 1 do 6, i naročito ima karakteristike manipulativnog uređaja prema patentnim zahtevima 1 do 6.
9.Transportno vozilo za dostavu glavčine rotora, pri čemu transportno vozilo ima manipulativni uređaj prema zahtevu 7 ili zahtevu 8.
10.Postupak za montažu glavčine rotora (1) vetrogeneratora (100) koji sadrži sledeće korake: - postavljanje glavčine rotora (1) u vertikalni položaj sa vertikalnom osom glavčine, - pričvršćivanje jedinice za dizanje (18) krana za deo (14) za pričvršćivanje uređaja za manipulaciju glavčinom rotora, - podizanje glavčine rotora (1) direktno iz vertikalnog položaja tako da, kada se podiže, glavčina rotora (1) rotira iz vertikalnog položaja u horizontalni položaj sa horizontalnom osom glavčine (28) i - montaža glavčine rotora (1) gondolu (104) postavljenu na tornju (102) ili stubu, pri čemu se koristi manipulativni uređaj koji ima - ram (2) za montažu za nošenje glavčine rotora (1) u vertikalnom položaju, sa - zglobnim delom (34) za izvođenje rotacije glavčine rotora (1) iz vertikalnog u horizontalni položaj.
11.Postupak prema zahtevu 10, u kojem se koristi glavčina rotora (1) prema bilo kojem od zahteva 1 do 6, i/ili telo kliznog prstena, spiner i/ili kućište glavčine (4) je/su prethodno ugrađeni.
