Claims (18)
1. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) koji je konstruisan kao višeredni kuglični kotrljajući ležaj, za prihvatanje aksijalnih opterećenja, radijalnih opterećenja i nagibnih momenata, sa spoljašnjim prstenom (5), unutrašnjim prstenom (3), prvim redom (K1) kuglica i drugim redom (K2) kuglica, pri čemu su prvi red (K1) kuglica i drugi red (K2) kuglica međusobno aksijalno razmaknuti i u svakom slučaju raspoređeni kao ležajevi sa četiri tačke dodira, pri čemu su četiri staze kotrljanja (7, 9, 15, 17) prvog reda kuglicai staze kotrljanja (11, 13, 19, 21) drugog reda kuglica povezane, a svaka ima površinu za prihvatanje kuglica, naznačenu time što je površina svake staze kotrljanja (7,11) u unutrašnjem prstenu veća od površina susednih staza kotrljanja (9, 13) u unutrašnjem prstenu i jednaka površini staza kotrljanja (17, 21) u spoljašnjem prstenu, koja je dijametralno suprotna, respektivno.EP2715162
2. Kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 1, naznačen time što je površina kotrljanjućeg dela (9,13) u unutrašnjem prstenu (3) jednaka površini kotrljajućeg dela (15,19) koja joj je dijametralno suprotna u spoljašnjem prstenu (5), respektivno.
3. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što unutrašnji prsten (3) prvog reda (K1) kuglica ima prstenasto prvo unutrašnje rame (23) i prstenasto drugo unutrašnje rame (25), koja, svako, ograničavaju površine za prihvatanje prvog reda (K1) kuglica, a unutrašnji prsten (3) drugog reda (K2) kuglica ima prstenasto treće unutrašnje rame (27) i prstenasto četvrto unutrašnje rame (29), koja, svako, ograničavaju površine za prihvatanje drugog reda (K2) kuglica, pri čemu je maksimalni prečnik (d4) četvrtog unutrašnjeg ramena (29) različit od maksimalnog prečnika (d1) prvog unutrašnjeg ramena (23).
4. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što je maksimalni prečnik (d3) trećeg unutrašnjeg ramena (27) različit od maksimalnog prečnika (d2) drugog unutrašnjeg ramena (25).
5. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što spoljašni prsten (5) prvog reda (K1) kuglica ima prvo prstenasto spoljašnje rame (31) i drugo prstenasto spoljašnje rame (33), koja, svako, ograničavaju površine za prihvatanje kuglica prvog reda (K1) kuglica, a spoljašni prsten (5) drugog reda (K2) kuglica, ima treće prstenasto spoljašnje rame (35) i četvrto prstenasto spoljašnje rame (37), koja, svako, ograničavaju površine za prihvatanje kuglica drugog reda (K2), pri čemu je minimalni prečnik (D4) četvrtog spoljašnjeg ramena (37) različit od minimalnog prečnika (D1) prvog spoljašnjeg ramena (31).
6. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što je minimalni prečnik (D3) trećeg spoljnog ramena (35) različit od minimalnog prečnika (D2) drugog spoljnog ramena (33).
7. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što je najveći od maksimalnih prečnika (d1, d2, d3, d4) unutrašnjih ramena (23, 25, 27, 29) manji ili jednak najmanjem od minimalnih prečnika (D1, D2, D3, D4) spoljnih ramena (31, 33, 35, 37).
8. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što su kuglice (23) prvog reda (K1) kuglica i kuglice (24) drugog reda (K2) kuglica raspoređene duž prečnika prvog kruga (DL1).
9. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 8, naznačen time, što je najveći od maksimalnih prečnika (d1, d2, d3, d4) unutrašnjih ramena (23, 25, 27, 29) jednak ili do 0,5 mm manji od prečnika (DL1) prvog kruga pomenutog prvog i drugog reda kuglica.
10. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevima 8 ili 9, naznačen time što je najmanji od minimalnih prečnika (D1, D2, D3, D4) spoljašnjih ramena (31, 33, 35, 37) jednak ili u rasponu do 0,5 mm veći od prečnika (DL1) prvog kruga pomenutog prvog i drugog reda kuglica.
11. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 9 ili 10, naznačen time što je maksimalni prečnik (d1) prvog unutrašnjeg ramena (23) jednak maksimalnom prečniku (d3) trećeg unutrašnjeg ramena (27), i veći od maksimalnog prečnika (d2, d4) drugog i četvrtog unutrašnjeg ramena (25, 29), respektivno.

Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što je minimalni prečnik (D2) drugog spoljašnjeg ramena (33) jednak minimalnom prečniku (D4) četvrtog spoljašnjeg ramena (37) i manji od minimalnih prečnika (D1, D3) prvog i trećeg spoljašnjeg ramena (31, 35), respektivno.
13. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što su kuglice (23) prvog reda (K1) kuglica raspoređene na krugu prvog prečnika (DL1), a kuglice (24) drugog reda (K2) kuglica raspoređene na krugu drugog prečnika (DL2), koji je različit od prečnika (DL1) prvog reda (K1) kuglica.
14. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 13, naznačen time što je maksimalni prečnik (d1) prvog unutrašnjeg ramena (23) veći od maksimalnog prečnika (d2) drugog unutrašnjeg ramena (25), i što je maksimalni prečnik (d3) trećeg unutrašnjeg ramena (27) veći od maksimalnog prečnika (d4) četvrtog unutrašnjeg ramena (29).
15. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema zahtevu 13 ili 14, naznačen time što je minimalni prečnik (D4) četvrtog spoljnog ramena (37) manji od minimalnog prečnika (D3) trećeg spoljnog ramena (35), a minimalni prečnik (D2) drugog spoljnog ramena (33) manji od minimalnog prečnika (D1) prvog spoljnog ramena (31).
16. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahteva, naznačen time da se prvi red (K1) sastoji od kuglica (23) koje imaju prvi prečnik kuglica, a drugi red (K2) od kuglica (24) sa drugim prečnikom kuglica koji se razlikuje od pomenutog prvog prečnika kuglica.
17. Veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što veliki kotrljajući ležaj (1) sadrži jedan ili više dodatnih redova kuglica, pri čemu su jedan ili više redova kuglica aksijalno razmaknuti jedan od drugog i u svakom slučaju su sa dodirom u četiri tačke, pri čemu su u svakom slučaju jednom redu kuglica dodeljene četiri staze kotrljanja, od kojih svaka ima površinu za prihvatanje kuglica, a površina svake staze kotrljanja unutrašnjeg prstena je veća od susedne staze kotrljanja u unutrašnjem delu prstena, a jednaka je odgovarajućoj dijametralno suptornoj površini staze kotrljanja u spoljašnjem prstenu.
18. Vetro turbina, sa tornjem, koji ima toranjsku glavu, i gondolu koja je prilagođena da prihvati rotor, pri čemu se ova gondola montira pomoću azimutnog ležaja koji može da rotira na tornju, pri čemu je azimutni ležaj konstruisan kao kotrljajući ležaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahteva 1 do 17.
