Abstract

The invention relates to viticulture, namely to a process for pruning fruit-bearing vine bushes.Process for pruning the fruit-bearing vine bush with vigorous and above average growth consists in maintaining the crown of the vine bush in the form of bilateral horizontal cordon on tall bole, driven on a trellis, by shortening the annual increments to 1…5 buds, respectively in the 6…9, 26…29 year - to 5 buds, in the 10…13, 30…33 year - to 4 buds, in the 14…17, 34…37 year - to 3 buds, in the 18…21, 38…41 year - to 2 buds and in the 22…25, 42…45 year - to 1 bud. At the same time, shortening of perennial fruit spurs with the transfer to a younger lateral ramification is carried out in the 10, 18, 30 and 38 year. The complete replacement of perennial fruit spurs is carried out in the 14, 22, 34 and 42 year, and replacement of the old bole by another new - in the 26 and 46 year after planting.
