Abstract

The invention relates to the processes of carbon-mineral sorbent preparation and may be used for brightening of wines and juices as well as for natural waters and sewage purification.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the bentonite precipitates mixture after the wine materiald brightening modified by means of sulfur compounds and fermentative yeasty precipitates from the wine materials production, it is treated under the carburizator layer at heating with the subsequent cooling in the sodium hydroxide solution.The technical result of the invention consists in :- the utilization possibility of wine making waste;- the improvement of the carbon mineral sorbents sorbing properties.
