The invention relates to the wine making and liqueur-vodka industry and can be used in the spirituous fruit production, for example calvados and fruit-berry wines. Bending component for spirituous drinks and wines contains the following ingredients (in l on 100 dal of bending component): phenolic extract of the apple shoots of the spring cutting - 650-750, spirituous apple juice - 150-200, glycerine - 2-4, vaniline (kg) - 0,02-0,03 burut, sugar - 45-65 and rectificated ethanol - the rest.Alcohol drinks using offered bending component are obtained having high quality with stable specific aroma and fresh apples taste.
