Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to pharmacy.Summary of the invention consists in that the claimed preparation contains polyvidone-iodide, glycerine, dimethyl sulfoxide, 96% ethyl alcohol and treated water in the following component ratio in mass %:It is also claimed a process for obtaining of the proposed antiseptic preparation, which is carried out in two stages: the I stage includes obtaining of the aqueous solution of polyvidone-iodide by dissolution of iodine in the aqueous solution of potassium iodide and preparation of the aqueous polyvidone solution, which afterwards is added in small portions into the obtained aqueous solution of potassium iodine-iodide; the II stage consists in the preparation of the mixture of glycerine, dimethyl sulfoxide, 96% ethyl alcohol, treated water and subsequent addition of the obtained mixture into the aqueous solution of polyvidone-iodide.
