Abstract
Invenţia se referă la agricultură şi poate fi folosită la staţiunile experimentale de ameliorare a plantelor şi alte instituţii cu profil biologic pentru aprecierea în condiţii de laborator a materialului iniţial în toate etapele procesului ameliorativ pentru grupele de coacere. Scopul invenţiei constă în sporirea preciziei, simplificarea şi accelerarea procedeului. Se efectuează analiza biochimică în vederea determinării conţinutului de prolină al boabelor, pe baza cantităţii căruia se fac concluzii cu privire la grupul de coacere a plantelor. În calitate de forme precoce se aleg cele cu un conţinut redus de prolină.
