Abstract
L'invention décrit une méthode de développement d´un complément alimentaire liquide riche en proteines et acides aminés, polyphénols et phycocyanine à partir de microalgues. La méthode comprend, comme étape principale, la décomposition enzymatique des parois des cellules pour libérer leur contenu dans l´extrait, sans dégradation ni changement de sa composition. Les composés libérés sont parmi des proteìnes et acides aminés libres, des composés phénoliques et la phycocyanine contenue dans le phycobilisome. Le produit liquide obtenu par ladite méthode préserve une activité antioxydante élevée et les caractéristiques d´un complément alimentaire « Riche en protèines» et/ou « Riche en acides aminés libres » et/ou « Riche en phycocyanine » et/ou « Riche en polyphénols » et/ou « Riche en antioxydants ».The invention describes a method for developing a liquid dietary supplement rich in proteins and amino acids, polyphenols, and phycocyanin from microalgae. The method comprises, as its main step, the enzymatic breakdown of cell walls to release their contents into the extract, without degradation or change in its composition. The released compounds include free proteins and amino acids, phenolic compounds, and phycocyanin contained within the phycobilisome. The liquid product obtained by this method retains high antioxidant activity and the characteristics of a dietary supplement "Rich in Proteins" and/or "Rich in Free Amino Acids" and/or "Rich in Phycocyanin" and/or "Rich in Polyphenols" and/or "Rich in Antioxidants".
