Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour extraire les antioxydants sous leur forme liquide (acide carnosique et carnosol) par filtration à froid dans un filtre-presse et évaporateur à film tombant à partir de matière naturelle de la famille des Lamiacées, dont le romarin (Rosmarinus Officinalis), sans ajout d'émulsifiant ou d'autres additifs. Le procédé selon linvention comprend une successions détape dévaporation et de filtration dont une dévaporation sous vide dans un dispositif dévaporation dit à flot tombant, ledit dispositif permet la séparation de lacide carnosique grâce au design de lévaporateur et à son système dagitation.
