Abstract

La présente invention concerne un joint torique renforcé par une âme métallique, qui vise à améliorer la structure et les performances d'étanchéité des joints toriques en élastomère. L'introduction d'une âme métallique à l'intérieur du joint permet de renforcer sa résistance aux contraintes mécaniques et aux conditions extrêmes telles que les hautes pressions et températures. Des études théoriques et numériques ont été réalisées pour analyser le comportement mécanique et l'étanchéité de ces joints renforcés, en comparaison avec les joints toriques classiques. Les résultats montrent une amélioration significative des paramètres de fonctionnement et une meilleure adaptation aux conditions de montage. Ce joint torique renforcé offre ainsi de nouvelles perspectives pour diverses applications nécessitant une étanchéité fiable et durable.
