Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un verre feuilleté (10) pour un véhicule à moteur. Le procédé consiste à: chauffer une feuille de plastique (16), au moins dans la zone de la diode électroluminescente (18), jusqu'à un état liquide, au moyen d'une source de chaleur appliquée sur une surface extérieure d'un premier verre ou d'un deuxième verre ou disposée à distance de la surface extérieure du premier verre ou du deuxième verre ; et insérer la diode électroluminescente (18) dans la feuille de plastique (16), chauffée jusqu'à l'état liquide, par déplacement d'un volume (v) prédéterminé de la feuille de plastique (16). Après l'insertion de la diode électroluminescente dans la feuille de plastique, la stratification du premier verre (12) et du deuxième verre (14) avec la feuille de plastique (16) placée entre lesdits verres est effectuée.
