Abstract
La présente invention est un dispositif de tajine a pour but de minimiser le gaspillage de l'énergie et du temps par le fait de contenir un couvercle séparé de l'intérieure formant ainsi deux ou plusieurs blocs pour minimiser le gaspillage de l'énergie en cuisinant deux ou plusieurs plats au même temps. L'invention dit dispositif de tajine innové, modernisé qui rentre toujours dans notre domaine artisanal marocain diversifiant nos produits classiquesde terroirs en le rapprochant de l'internalisation. Cette invention aura pour but, aussi, de recycler la condensation et de la faire retourner dans les deux ou plusieurs compartiments recyclant/réutilisation ainsi cette vapeur et la transformer en « beloul » au lieu de rajouter à chaque fois l'eau au cas de besoin.
