Abstract
L'invention concerne un élément d'arrêt hydraulique (30) comportant un corps en forme de coupelle (32), qui est adapté pour être monté dans une chambre de compression (24) de l'amortisseur de choc, (10) de manière coaxiale avec celle-ci, et un piston plongeur (34), qui est adapté pour être monté au niveau d'une extrémité d'une tige (18) de l'amortisseur de choc (10), de manière coaxiale avec celle-ci, de manière à coulisser dans le corps en forme de coupelle (32) quand l'amortisseur de choc (10) se déplace vers la position de fin de course de compression. Le corps en forme de coupelle (32) comporte une paroi latérale (36) et une paroi de fond (38) qui définissent, conjointement avec le piston plongeur (34), une chambre de travail (46) dans laquelle un fluide d'amortissement de l'amortisseur de choc (10) est comprimé par le piston plongeur (34) quand ce dernier coulisse dans la chambre de travail (46) vers la paroi de fond (38) du corps en forme de coupelle (32). Des canaux axiaux (44) sont formés sur la surface intérieure de la paroi latérale (36) du corps en forme de coupelle (32) et sont configurés pour permettre au fluide d'amortissement de s'écouler dans le sens axial hors de la chambre de travail (46) quand le piston plongeur (34) coulisse dans la chambre de travail (46) vers la paroi de fond (38) du corps en forme de coupelle (32). Les canaux axiaux (44) s'étendent de manière parallèle par rapport à un axe longitudinal (z) du corps en forme de coupelle (32) et ont une section transversale dont la superficie diminue de manière continue le long de cet axe (z) vers la paroi de fond (38) du corps en forme de coupelle (32).
