Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une boisson lactée comprenant l'étape consistant à mélanger: a) de l'eau, b) au moins un ingrédient lacté choisi parmi du lait liquide, du lait en poudre et un mélange de ceux-ci, ledit ingrédient lacté présentant un rapport de poids caséine/protéine de lactosérum identique à celui du lait cru, et c) au moins deux sels minéraux, lesdits sels minéraux étant choisis parmi le chlorure de sodium, le chlorure de potassium et le carbonate de calcium.The invention relates to a method for preparing a milk drink comprising the step of mixing: a) water, b) at least one milk ingredient selected from liquid milk, milk powder and a mixture of those said milk ingredient having a ratio of casein weight / whey protein identical to that of raw milk, and c) at least two inorganic salts, said mineral salts being chosen from sodium chloride, potassium chloride and carbonate of calcium.
