Abstract
L'invention concerne une station support pour convoyeur destinée à recevoir, déformer en auge et faire avancer une bande transporteuse. Composée d'une seule vérole concave décrivant un arc de cercle, de deux flasques latéraux et d'un arbre traversant; elle est apte à être montée sur des paliers à roulements installés de parts et d'autres du convoyeur. Cette fonction était assurée par des stations supports à trois rouleaux disposés sous une forme trapézoidale avec un rouleau central horizontal et deux rouleaux latéraux inclinés. Mais la position des rouleaux latéraux, les espaces vides entre les rouleaux, et leur indépendance de rotation les uns des autres causaient les déports de la bande et l'usure de sa structure de renforcement et ses revêtements, ainsi que les déversements de produits. La solution technique a consisté à remplacer la station à trois rouleaux disposés en une géométrie trapézoidale par une station à rouleau unique dont la vérole est concave décrivant un arc de cercle. Composée d'une seule vérole, de deux flasques latéraux et d'un arbre traversant, la station est monobloc et apte à être montée sur des paliers standards. Cette solution supprime et se substitue aux stations à trois rouleaux, permet un meilleur centrage de la bande et augmente la sécurité et la disponibilité des convoyeurs. Le transport des matières vrac sur de longues distances et à grands débits est désormais plus économique et plus fiable.The invention relates to a conveyor support station for receiving, deforming trough and advancing a conveyor belt. Composed of a single concave pox describing a circular arc, two lateral flanges and a traversing shaft; it is able to be mounted on rolling bearings installed on both sides of the conveyor. This function was provided by three-roller support stations arranged in a trapezoidal shape with a horizontal central roller and two inclined lateral rollers. But the position of the side rollers, the voids between the rollers, and their independence of rotation from each other caused the offsets of the band and the wear of its reinforcement structure and its coatings, as well as the spills of products. The technical solution was to replace the three-roller station arranged in a trapezoidal geometry by a single-roller station with a concave pore describing a circular arc. Composed of a single pox, two lateral flanges and a traversing shaft, the station is monobloc and can be mounted on standard bearings. This solution eliminates and replaces three-reel stations, allows for better centering of the belt and increases the safety and availability of conveyors. Bulk material transport over long distances and at high flow rates is now more economical and more reliable.
