Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés d'inversion rapide et de dispersion d'un floculant dans un procédé de digestion précédant la production d'une boue aqueuse pour obtenir une décantation des solides et une clarification de l'eau de la boue. En particulier, l'invention concerne des procédés d'inversion rapide d'une émulsion contenant un floculant en continu sans déstabiliser de manière significative l'émulsion. Les procédés comprennent les étapes consistant à doser l'eau avec au moins une émulsion d'eau dans l'huile contenant au moins un polymère floculant et un tensioactif hydrophile et à soumettre l'eau et l'émulsion à un cisaillement élevé, à un écoulement inverse turbulent, de sorte que la combinaison du tensioactif et du cisaillement inverse de manière synergétique l'émulsion, pour que le floculant puisse être directement injecté.
