LA PRÉSENTE INVENTION DÉCRIT UNE MÉTHODE ET UN APPAREIL POUR LA DÉPHOSPHORATION DES EFFLUENTS LIQUIDES BRUTS DES INSTALLATIONS DE PRODUCTION D'ENGRAIS PAR PRÉCIPITATION DU PHOSPHORE DE L'AZOTE ET DU MAGNÉSIUM SOUS FORME DE CRISTAL À VALEUR AJOUTÉE. CETTE MÉTHODE PASSE PAR LES ÉTAPES SUIVANTES : (A) INTRODUCTION DES EFFLUENTS BRUTS DANS UN RÉACTEUR AGITÉ, (B) L'UTILISATION DE L'EAU DE MER DANS LE PROCESSUS DE PRODUCTION DES ENGRAIS PHOSPHORÉS SERVANT COMME SOURCE IMPORTANTE DE MAGNÉSIUM. (C) NEUTRALISATION DE L'ACIDITÉ DES EFFLUENTS PAR L'ADDITION DU NAOH 2N QUI PERMET EN OUTRE DE LES EXPOSER AUX CONDITIONS AMBIANTES DE PH (8 À 9) ET DE RAPPORTS STOECHIOMÉTRIQUES NÉCESSAIRES POUR LA PRÉCIPITATION DE CRISTAUX PHOSPHORÉS, (D) RÉCUPÉRATION D'UNE PARTIE DES CRISTAUX DU RÉACTEUR D'AUTRES CRISTAUX SERVENT COMME SUPPORT DE GERMINATION.L'APPAREIL PROPOSÉ COMPORTE UNE UNITÉ DE CONCENTRATION DES CRISTAUX ET UNE UNITÉ DE RÉCUPÉRATION DES CRISTAUX.THIS INVENTION DESCRIBES A METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DEPHOSPHORIZATION OF RAW LIQUID EFFLUENTS IN FERTILIZER PRODUCTION FACILITIES BY PRECIPITATION OF NITROGEN PHOSPHORUS AND VALUE-ADDED CRYSTAL MAGNESIUM. THIS METHOD HAS BEEN ACHIEVED BY THE FOLLOWING STEPS: (A) INTRODUCTION OF RAW EFFLUENTS IN AN AGITATED REACTOR, (B) USE OF SEAWATER IN THE PROCESS OF PRODUCTION OF PHOSPHOROUS FERTILIZERS AS AN IMPORTANT SOURCE OF MAGNESIUM. (C) NEUTRALIZATION OF THE ACIDITY OF EFFLUENTS BY ADDITION OF 2N NAOH WHICH ALSO ENABLES THEM TO EXPOSE THE AMBIENT CONDITIONS OF PH (8 TO 9) AND THE STOICHIOMETRIC REPORTS NECESSARY FOR THE PRECIPITATION OF PHOSPHORUS CRYSTALS, (D) RECOVERY ONE PART OF THE CRYSTAL OF THE REACTOR OF OTHER CRYSTALS SERVES AS A GERMINATION MEDIUM. THE PROPOSED APPARATUS HAS A CRYSTAL CONCENTRATING UNIT AND A CRYSTAL RECOVERY UNIT.
