Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité d'emballage (4) comprenant un groupe d'emballages (1) remplis d'un produit liquide qui sont de type pliable et comprennent une paroi inférieure et deux parois latérales opposées, lesquels emballages (1) en position verticale ont une forme tronquée vers le haut, caractérisée en ce que les emballages (1) sont placés de sorte que chaque emballage (1) a une paroi latérale faisant face au fond de l'unité d'emballage (4), les emballages (1) sont empilés les uns sur les autres en une pluralité de couches comportant une pluralité d'emballages (1) dans chaque couche, les emballages (1) ayant une orientation alternée dans une première direction et dans une seconde direction opposée à la première et les emballages (1) d'une couche individuelle ayant une orientation uniforme dans la première ou seconde direction, et un élément de recouvrement (5) sous forme d'un film plastique qui entoure au moins partiellement le groupe d'emballages (1) pour offrir une stabilité dimensionnelle à l'unité d'emballage (4), l'élément de recouvrement (5) étant constitué d'une bande de matière plastique sous forme de film qui a été reliée à quatre parties étanches allongées ou moins pour former ledit film plastique. L'invention concerne également une unité d'expédition et un procédé de fabrication de ladite unité d'emballage.
