Abstract
« Conception d'un réacteur gazosiphon à boucle externe (external-loop airlift reactor) pour le traitement des effluents liquides par Electrocoagulation/Electroflotation ». Inventeurs : Essadki Abdel hafid et Bennajah Mounir La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement des rejets liquides (eau de lavage, défluorisation, déphosphatation, dénitrification, élimination du Crome, élimination du Cadmium et d'Arsenic, récupération du Cobalt, eaux urbaines, eaux industrielles...). La technologie du procédé repose sur l'introduction de deux électrodes (cathode et anode) dans un réacteur gazosiphon à boucle externe. La dépollution de l'eau s'effectue par voie électrochimique. Les polluants sont récupérés sous forme de flocs à la surface libre du réacteur (de l'appareil). Les bulles d'hydrogène produites au niveau de la cathode, à l¿issu de l'électrolyse de l'eau entraînent les particules déstabilisées du polluant, vers le haut du réacteur formant un floc, facilement récupérable. L'énergie mécanique qui sert pour l'agitation et même pneumatique pour la flottation ont été remplacées par la seule l'énergie électrique qui sert en même temps à l'agitation, la flottation et l'électrocoagulation.«Design of an external-loop airlift reactor for the treatment of liquid effluents by electrocoagulation / electroflotation». The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating liquid discharges (washing water, defluorization, dephosphatation, denitrification, elimination of Crome, removal of Cadmium and Arsenic, recovery of Cobalt, urban water, water industrial ...). The technology of the process is based on the introduction of two electrodes (cathode and anode) in an external loop gasosiphon reactor. The depollution of the water is carried out electrochemically. The pollutants are recovered in the form of flocs at the free surface of the reactor (of the device). The hydrogen bubbles produced at the cathode, resulting from the electrolysis of the water, cause the destabilized particles of the pollutant, to the top of the reactor floc, easily recoverable. The mechanical energy that is used for stirring and even pneumatic for flotation has been replaced by the only electrical energy that serves at the same time for stirring, flotation and electrocoagulation.
