Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de laminés résistants aux intempéries (1, 1') pour l¿encapsulage de système de cellules solaires (7). Le procédé, objet de la présente invention, est caractérisé en ce que sur un matériau porteur (4, 4') est appliquée au mois une couche de matière plastique résistante aux intempéries (2, 2'). Le procédé de revêtement, objet de la présente invention, présente comme avantage que les produits initiaux relativement chers, lesquels sont utilisés d'habitude sous forme de film, peuvent être réduits en épaisseur et en proportion. Grâce au réglage pilotable, objet de la présente invention, de l'épaisseur de couches de la couche résistante aux intempéries (2, 2'), est donnée une pluralité de possibilités d'application des laminés fabriqués selon l'invention, en particulier en relation avec les modules photovoltaïques finaux. Cette application s'étend des petites alimentations en énergie pour des colonnes d'appel d'urgence ou des camping-cars jusqu'aux installations de façade et de toiture de grandes surfaces et même jusqu'aux installations de grande taille et aux centrales d'énergie solaire.
