Les dérivés de nicotinamide conformes à la présente invention sont des inhibiteurs de phosphodiestérase 4 et sont utiles dans de nombreuses maladies, de nombreux troubles et de nombreuses affections, en particulier des maladies, troubles et affections inflammatoires, allergiques et respiratoires, ainsi que des plaies.
