Use Of Deadly Force (patch.com) — Sterling residents should know Loudoun’s top prosecutor has ruled deputies were justified in the January shooting of a man suspected in an attempted bank robbery there that included a bomb threat. Investigators say he pointed a realistic airsoft pistol at deputies in a Leesburg parking lot before they fired, and the review drew on extensive forensic and video evidence.
