When the “woke” mania swept the country in 2020, I took a step back and reevaluated where I stood and why I stood there. To my surprise, I found that I agreed with conservatives and libertarians on a number of issues. I opposed childhood gender transitions, unlawful and divisive DEI mandates, and the excesses of Critical Race Theory. I argued against biological males competing in women’s sports and being housed in women’s prisons. I did so loudly and publicly, losing many friends along the way.

Today, some of those same attorneys I worked with are advocating for my right to marry my fiancée to be stripped away.

I fell for obvious right-wing propaganda and rationalized the hate with reason and logic. Now the hate machine is coming for me and that's not fair!

Half the school board thinks Keith deserves a third chance (that's right, not his first time making inappropriate comments to a child).

They say only he can decide if he wants to step down. They did vote in favor of censuring him. The rest of the school board members that laughed during the comment and touching of a child faced no repercussion. Some even pretended to be offended during the emergency hearing.

Relations between the U.S. and the Catholic Church have not been the same since January, when senior U.S. defense officials shared an abrasive message with a Vatican official.

Days after Pope Leo XIV delivered his State of the World speech, Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Elbridge Colby summoned Cardinal Christophe Pierre, the Vatican's U.S. representative, to a closed-door Pentagon meeting for a bitter lecture.

"The United States," Colby said, according to a blistering new report by The Free Press, "has the military power to do whatever it wants in the world. The Catholic Church had better take its side."
