I would’ve preferred to speak to someone and I informed you of this the day my dog died You provided NO number We old crocs don’t always Do * on line * I had to wait for my daughter to visit to make a claim through my Porthole (Yes I know now it’s a portal )I awarded One point for showing me Some kindness latterly but too little too late 😟And because you were messaging to the wrong email that was outta date for Years(whoever’s fault that was :- Yours/Vets🙄) it all took too looooong to process,prolonging my heartbreak 💔 And I’m still Smarting from your feeeble payout of £200: odd for my bill of £700: odd Then you demanded Nelly’s KC Registration certificate And a RECEIPT for my 7 year old dog’s purchase price (£1,500:00)which I Was able to procure But then you DEDUCTED £975:00 because she was 7 years old In my opinion YOU have behaved indecently,dishonourably,unfairly and disrespectfully; in clawing/scraping your way OUT of paying.You’ve paid almost NOTHING In my opinion You are morally corrupt I’ve been a customer for years, latterly paying £85: per month For What 😳 It certainly dissuades one from getting another pet or insuring one **ALL I have to say to their reply ** eeediots DIDDDLEE EYE P.S. I will add ;The vet sent Franks a copy of Nelly’s bill and a copy of her Entire history from her previous vet you demanded Then you sent them a query they did not reply to until I went to the vets in person to discover why you’d Not heard from them for weeks They discovered you’d sent messages to an email that had been discontinued for years 😳 So DO NOT IMPLY IT WAS MY FAULT by stating You used an email that was LINKED TO MY CLAIM You were trying to communicate with the VET not ME 🤪. You’re just making matters worse for YOURSELF
