💪🏼 There are really just a handful of the best all-time exercises that the fittest people do again and again for a reason - because they WORK!

You only need to work out 3-5x per week for about 45 minutes per session (maximum 60).

Pick 6 of these best all-time exercises and do each one for 3 sets of 6-15 reps with challenging weights! The last 3 reps should feel really hard - if you feel like you could still do 10 more, pick a heavier weight!

Do you use wrist straps??

Personally I am huge fan of them! Here’s why and when you should use them too⬇️

Why? As you get stronger in your lifts you’re going to be lifting a lot heavier weight and it can difficult to keep those weights on your hands! Yes you can definitely work on your grip strength but these will also allow better connection to your lifts 🙌🏼

When? You shouldn’t use these when you’re doing warm ups or any weights that feel manageable when holding them. Use these on your last 1-2 sets when the weights start getting heavier!
