At ModCloth, we work with a variety of manufacturers around the world to offer you a unique and ever-changing selection of styles. Most orders ship from our main distribution center in New Jersey, but some items may come straight from one of our US or global partners—so your order might arrive from more than one location.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they ship. This can vary a bit—especially during busy times like holidays, big sales, or site-wide promotions.

Our warehouse in New Jersey ships Monday through Friday, and takes a break on weekends, national holidays, and during severe weather. Keep in mind that public holidays aren’t included in our estimated delivery times, and our carriers don’t pick up or deliver on major holidays.

Please note: When packages are deemed as "undeliverable" by the shipping courier, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives "return to sender" packages, we are able to process an automatic refund on your original form of payment.

International orders may take up to 10–14 business days to process before they ship. This processing time is separate from the shipping time, so be sure to factor both in when selecting your shipping method.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order leaves our international hub. From there, delivery time will depend on your selected shipping option, your location, and your country’s customs process.

Please also keep in mind that USA public holidays may affect processing and shipping times. Our carriers don’t pick up or deliver on major holidays.
