Series 7 get recommissioned after great viewing figures: https://www.itv.com/presscentre/media-releases/unforgotten-recommissioned-following-critical-acclaim-and-audience-reaction
A Thousand Blows - Series 1, Episode 1 - written by Stephen Knight selected for BFI London Film Festival ahead of release in 2025 by Disney+ - had the joy of cutting this for director Nick Murphy
Had the pleasure of cutting all three episodes for Julian Jarrold’s excellent mini series on Amazon Prime with Ruth Wilson and Michael Sheen.
Had the pleasure of working with Michelle MacLaren on the opening episode of this sci-fi. Also worked on a few more episodes to get them to lock.
Episode 6 and 8 (finale) for the excellent Shaun James Grant
Gangs of London episode 7 was a blast with Corin Hardy - action, emotion and twists all play into Elliots revenge. Great episode to cut.
Unforgotten Series 4 & 5 - killing off the lead and successfully bringing in a new partner for ‘Sunny’ was a triumph of good writing and direction.
“More than 8.5 million people have now watched this series, making it ITV’s highest rated show of 2023 so far. Treat yourself to two takeaway coffees, Sunny.
The Crown 5: Annus Horribilis - Elizabeth’s bad year juxtaposed with Margaret’s ‘fortunes’ looked at faith and the institution of the monarchy from the ashes of Windsor.
Cut the first two eps of The Fear index - a psychological thriller for Sky - one trip of series with an excellent score developed during the cut by the talented Neil Davidge
Delighted to work on Series 4 of The Crown. ‘48:1’ is the episode where the Queen and Thatcher fight over Commonwealth sanctions on South Africa to oppose Apartheid. Wonderful production and cracking script and direction. Leftbank pictures are amazing to work for.

well the Guardian tip us to win (but its sci-fi so no chance…)
“Charlie Brooker’s fantasy (chilling and clever, even for Black Mirror) of a state-run dating system of time-limited relationships. Another photo-finish but Hang the DJ feels the worthy victor.”
Great reception for the Neo-Noir - which I cut as well as delivered 250 vfx for;
““What’s this brown stuff?” asked Borlú, spotting some deposits on the corpse. “That’s brown stuff,” said a dim-witted colleague. In The City and the City there’s brown stuff, with grey and black mixed in. And it’s all good.“
“Intriguing and highly imaginative”
“The new BBC thriler is smart without crowing about it and satisfyingly humorous”
““Nobody loves Breach,” says Borlú, “but before Breach, there was only blood.”
Language like that, and ideas like the one this story is based on, demand that an audience sit up and lean in. They’re the drops of brain-quenching water in a TV desert where we’ve seen it all done before. Combining their strangeness with such recognisable patterns is a clever move.”

Two cities. A grisly murder. One mind-bending new drama. The City & The City BBC 2 Fridays 9pm
