📜 Had to get a copy of my criminal record. Nothing. Clean. Not sure if I should feel proud, or a bit disappointed. 55 years old, not a single misdemeanor on record.

📋 Still doing the rounds: mom&dad visit, turn the car on and ride it for 10 mins, before parking it for another week. Also saw brother.

I should get a fan, while out and about. Tomorrow we’re trying to go over 40C!

🧱 Survivor

🐰 We visited the new school today, they were having a graduation ceremony (we were told “party”, but… not). Anyway, just as we were getting there, this was on the wall. Awww…

🥰 It is, by FAR, my favorite part of the year. Not even talking about the music, or the festival, which are always amazing, but spending time with my family (by now they are exactly that), while all that is going on, is just perfect. Love them.

🏡 11PM. Finally home. Need some sleep, after these very intense five days.

😭 Impossible to leave this place without a bit of crying.

🪩 The motorcycle was incredibly comfortable to ride in backwards, much nicer than other times I've done it. And the helmet they got me? Chef’s kiss!

🛵 Rode in a motorcycle, pillion, facing the wrong end of the thing. Shooting a couple hundred riders, in the city maze. Then concerts. And beer. More music. I believe more beer as well. Back to the hotel, edit and send photos and video. Asleep at 4AM.

Damn rough morning at the moment.

🇯🇲 Festival starts today, sound checks going on already. There’s something about reggae in a monster PA at 10AM. Love it.

🍺 Beer-wise, the north of the country is right.

🚌 Made it all the way to the Spanish border. Exhausted. The first half of the trip is fairly painless, on the highway. Then we get to the mountains. There’s a reason it’s called “Trás-os-Montes”, of course. Three hours of up/down/left/right.

😢 My Leica LUX subscription expires today. It was a fun year.
