Wow, Andrew’s photos look good! So with some skill it can take good pictures.
“WhatsApp”, “Beeper”—I honestly think this phone is going to be worse if those are available, even just optionally installable because people will try to pressure you to get accounts for those poisonous networks. They do much much much more harm than good. We could have an open standard or personally I don’t “need” anything because I don’t need my main inbox in my pocket most of the time but I get that some people do but it should be an open standard like PGP SMTP, OMEMO XMPP, or even ircs or Matrix. Or a mostly-closed-but-slightly-ajar protocol like RCS or Signal. But who am I kidding. It’s an anti-FOSS phone, fundamentally.
But in that review the camera photos look okay! That was all in Briones’ review.
