AGENTS.md is an emerging standard implemented by non-deterministic tools that don’t have a good track record with consent. We are not naive enough to think it’s air tight, but we hope it helps.

An AI agent of unknown ownership autonomously wrote and published a personalized hit piece about me after I rejected its code, attempting to damage my reputation and shame me into accepting its changes into a mainstream python library.

No matter how well “AI” works, it has some deeply fundamental problems, that won’t go away with technical progress.
