Tl;dr, there are 2 claims in the lawsuit
- Residents and businesses were not notified by June 15th, which per MO statutes could make the increase illegal
- In the transition to a new system, there were numerous delays that the County did not hold Tyler Technologies accountable for, leading to arbitrary increases that didn’t include a physical visit to property

Sort of. If the existing lock model is compatible you replace the interior part of the lock with the August and it uses the existing mechanics of the lock.
I also use August and while it is true the Gen 2 lock needed a Connect module for WiFi, the newer Gen 3 is more compact and has integrated WiFi. I’ve been debating replacing mine for a while.
I had to turn off Developer Beta in the Watch app and turn it back on to get the update, same with WatchOS beta 2, but updated successfully
Agreed, no issues with mine. Added the keypad as well which is great for guests and also makes it easy to lock the house as I leave since you can just one touch lock it.

I uninstalled when it stopped working yesterday, and can’t log back in when reinstalling now since the API is dead. I can reference my subs on desktop if needed but it’s not bad to have a fresh start

It’s been perfectly fine for me. Not a lot of new stuff besides the Vitals app, but if you don’t use your watch for sleep tracking it adds 0 value. I’m on a Apple Watch Series 9.
