I remember watching a skit where someone time travels like 50-100 years into the future to see if all the problems get solved, war, climate change, etc. the guy assures everything fine and reveals the solution. The rapture came and took all of the religious people away. Everyone left was easily able to work together to solve all the issues.

From what I’ve seen yes. I’m by no means an expert. I’ve seen slices cut from larger blocks that then warp like a banana.
Internal stresses. I believe it’s annealing that can remove those stresses. I think the internal stresses are caused by the cold rolling process.
I work 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm and love that time. I’m not a morning person so I wake up and go straight to work then go to sleep between 3 and 6am.
I would say that it is harder to have normal social interactions. Pretty much all interactions are made over the weekend. I won’t say it didn’t affect my marriage, but I don’t think it was the main cause of my divorce.
