      If the restaurant is open to the public, they are subject to civil rights laws. If other customers dressed similarly are allowed in, they may have been discriminated against.

        Barely. Bakery’s can refuse to make cakes for the gays, restaurants can refuse service to thots wearing mini skirts. They would have to be a protected class anyway or prove they were discriminated against in a way such as their gender or race.

          Business that are owned by government, as far as I know, are prohibited of such actions. I just decided to clarify it. In this particular case your comment is correct, just in global sense it needs some clarification.

              Yeah, sounds logical. I forgot about this detail. Minuses of being multilingual - you sometimes think on a wrong language.
