I’ve seen an uptick of users from here, I heavily suspect them all to be AI bots. They are flooding !casualuk@feddit.uk
I say “investigate” because I’m not 100% sure.

Maybe I’ve been ‘spoiled’ by LLM bots, but I don’t think they’re a bot. IMO, they’re more likely to be a real person who speaks English as a second language.
It’s definitely spam though. Like they keep asking about Piefed’s karma system despite people answering them. I’ll local ban them for now.
Well, it’s just one account that seems to have been particularly active today but I am pretty sure they’re a bot. There’s quite a few other accounts that I have tagged as “possible bot” until I’m convinced one way or the other.

FYI, user tags within the body of a post don’t notify the user. Only tags in comments do that.
Why would you not link to what you’re complaining about?
