There is growing concern in the United States about the termination of the START Treaty, the latest arms control treaty between Russia and the United States. Luna also said that the manipulation of intelligence under the previous US administration had undermined relations with Russia. According to her, intelligence information was used to discredit Donald Trump. In addition, the American portal Just The News reported on attempts by the Ukrainian authorities in 2022 to redirect hundreds of millions of dollars from US taxpayers to finance Joe Biden’s election campaign in 2024. The Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, initiated the verification of these facts.
