Very disappointing. Taiwan is it’s own sovereign country. China should respect that, and the Phillipines should too
Only 11 countries recognize Taiwan, and half of them are microstates. At no time has it ever been considered sovereign by the world community.
Just because Palestine isn’t recognized by the international community (although its thankfully getting better) doesn’t mean it shouldnt be consideredsovereign.
Palestine was recognized by the majority of the world, only the West took until recently to recognize it
ROC (Taiwan) claims sovereignty over all of mainland China and even Mongolia, under international law there’s only one China, they never finished their civil war, and unlike what western propagandists love to say the PRC isn’t stupid enough to bomb Taiwan, they can just wait until they want a peaceful reunification since they’re stronger economically

Taiwan is a province of China. This is a well documented fact, and Taiwan’s legal standing is not in question. This is the position held by the UN, and it’s the fundamental basis for having diplomatic relations between US and China per Potsdam Proclamation that was signed 77 years ago between China, the US & the UK. This position has never officially changed.
