Society: Sunlit Valley is a Stardew Valley inspired pack that includes both. The Create stuff comes in a bit later in progression, but it’s because automation is valuable. The pack has a lot of changes from base Minecraft that focus gameplay on the Stardew economic cycle with seasons and crops.

Uncharted Expeditions had a fun progression through different dimensions (some based on Alex’s Caves) with nicely balanced Create and merging Create and food to make some demon summoning milkshakes for important resources.

Create and Farmer’s Delight are very popular mods so they’re in a ton of packs, so that wouldn’t really restrict your choice. I’d start looking to other aspects to influence your choice, like whether people like progression or whether they want to just use whatever parts of the pack they like the most and ignore the rest.

The newest pack that I particularly enjoyed was FTB Skies 2, which has both of those. It’s a skyblock, though, so that may be a deal breaker.

The only thing that bugged me was the lack of appropriate flight tech in a pack about sky travel, but I was able to resolve that by adding another mod into it. Other than that it was a pretty enjoyable pack.

I’ve been having fun playing ATM10 with my fiance :3 that has both create and farmer’s delight as well as quests… plus just about every other mod ever
