I was just a wee lad when this movie came out, I expected a funny cartoon. I was not ready for Jessica Rabbit. That scene in the club made me feel things.

I was like 1 when this movie came out. Long before I saw the film鈥ack up for a moment, I had this fisher price cassette tape player, and with it my parents got me this subscription to these Disney book-and-cassette things. You鈥檇 get a little 12 page book or so, and a cassette tape that had a Disney character read the book, with a chime sound that meant to turn the page. Revolutionary, I know. So I got some very shortened and abridged versions of like, Lady and the Tramp, 101 Dalmatians, The Prince and the Pauper? Remember Disney鈥檚 rendition of that? And among them was Who Framed Roger Rabbit, edited to be appropriate for five year olds. I don鈥檛 remember if Jessica was even in it.

check out the original novel - it goes hard. The movie does its own thing so there will be a lot of uncharted territory.
