Are these ALFA cards any good for pentesting?

I am looking for a good USB card for pentesting.

Apparently, only those two are in stock and support Kali Linux (or at least that’s what the website says)

Are they good enough for WiFi pentesting? I will be close to the router so I do not need a card with a great range.
