Could you zoom out a smidge so that it provides a frame of reference?
I can鈥檛 sorry. It is the headrest part of the couch. On the left the couch ends and on the right it slopes down to where you sit.
The guy probably uses more energy holding himself in that position than it gains by sleeping and eating.
Somehow he is completely relaxed. I don鈥檛 understand it either. It must be cat physics.
