    I get it. I have a set of ceramic knives I use almost exclusively for cutting soft flesh vegetables like tomatoes and peppers. And the peppers get cut with a cleaver if I’m cutting pretty much any other thing at the same time, so they’re really just tomato knives.

    They’re great for cutting tomatoes, though.
