    Self-driving cars are still cars. Even if they work properly, they still take up too much space, leading to incorrect urban design.

    the average American driver experiences a minor collision every 229,000 miles and a major collision every 699,000 miles.

    those numbers are way lower (crash frequency) than I expected, tbh

    it feels like the average in my circle in Ontario is like one minor crash every 200k km. obviously Iโ€™ve not actually tracked the miles of all my acquaintances, this is just going off memories of random discussions with people.

    Austin is terrible to drive in though with a lot of construction and narrow roads.

      And one of the crashes was a bus running into the Tesla a low speed when the Tesla was stopped.
