Soy is incredibly powerful (I might like it a bit more than chickpeas in my regular diet), but I could see it getting points off for all the folks that are allergic to it. Still S-tier tho
this is good but I have to disagree about large white beans, which I find tend to be on the creamier side of the fat-fiber-protein spectra, and thus at least B+
Gotta say black beans are my favorite, but I can’t fault ranking them behind lentils, garbanzos, and soy.
