Langsam starten in der Eifel auch die R枚hrlinge. Auf den Bildern sind Steinpilze, Rotkappen und Birkenpilze zu sehen. Auf dem Teller sieht man auch noch kleine Parasolpilze. Vor allem 眉ber die Rotkappen habe ich mich gefreut. Meist erscheinen sie erst im Sp盲therbst.

I love boletes, how did you cook them?
I cooked a quick and easy cream sauce (onion, garlic parsley,cream, mushrooms) and served it with fusilli noodles. It鈥檚 the start of the season and I start with traditional recipes until I get bored 馃槃
