      It sounds like she may have attempted to take her own life but failed, and depending on the method (some meds in particular) it鈥檚 not impossible to mis-identify someone as being dead before realizing they still have faint signs of life on closer inspection. It鈥檚 disturbingly common that hospital patients wake up in a morgue.
