    It is deeply misguided… even from a logical regulation standpoint. Though to think federal law “infringes” on the rights of states is to completely and utterly fail to understand the absolute foundations of states in a larger government…

    I’m ready to get downvoted by all the absolute moronic ancaps that think corporations should be able to do what ever they want, but this is stupid from any angle.

      no one can force anyone to be a libertarian. The question here isn’t around what people do or not, its what states do or not.
