KUANTAN: A four-year-old boy who was hit by a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) while riding his bicycle near the Pak Mahat housing area in Tanjung Lumpur yesterday has died at the hospital.

And of course, no politician uproar, no NGO protest, no “shock the country” headline, because pedestrians and kids is expected to die.
